I have been playing Warhammer since 2nd Edition way back in 1983. I've run many different armies including Dwarfs, Empire, Wood Elves, Skaven, Chaos, Lizardmen, Beastmen, Sylvania Vampires, Orcs & Goblins and Bretonians. I am currently playing my Skaven while I finish painting my Beastman Doombull list.

This sounds like it's from 2001: A Space Odyssey, although I think the wording might have been a bit different. Was it astronaut Bowman who said this?
No, wait, I think it was HAL who said this...in 2001: A Space Odyssey, of course.
Maybe he said it to Bowman.
